OVERVIEW:
She has a great sense of style, unique and individual just as she is. She can be very girlish in one moment and then wicked and bad-ass in the other. She looks very put together and made of money and though it is mostly true, it is mostly good planning on her part. She is very organised. She enjoys having fun and trying different things, and push the envelope, both in her everyday life as well as in and out of the bedroom. Millie was a late bloomer so to speak so she is happily catching up on a lot of things.

Bio:
Millicent Justine was born in late autumn, the only child of Brigitte and Charles Bulstrode. She was a happy child and her parents spoiled her as was their standing in society. Though not as upper royal echelon as the Malfoys, they were an old, prestigious family related to the Malfoy and Black families. Millie was a stubborn, willful child who had far too much independence in her at far too young an age. But it was encouraged and she thrived with in, all the while her mother took her to meet the other ladies and girls, showing what she should be and how a proper lady should be.

That really didn't work and had the wrong effect on Millicent. She wanted to be active and make friends and fight in the action and be one of the boys. She was far more comfortable spending time with Draco and his friends than toddling about in dresses and court. She kept getting bigger and growing up and much to her chagrin, didn't lose the baby fat until she was older, nor did her features fill out as would have been easier. She was plain and awkward which made her shy, and defensive.

And then the war came.

Things changed drastically. She and her parents had been out of the city and when full scale war broke out, they could not risk traveling to get home. But in doing so, all of their belongings, all possessions aside from what they had with them, was left in the manor. Draco was gone, and her desire to fit in and do well nearly got her killed, something she still carries the scars from, literally and figuratively. She wanted to fit in and not be alienated like those Voldemort and his army were fighting against. She made new friends who introduced her to a very specific world and one that she, surprisingly given her background, fit into with them. They were the ones who taught her the fine arts of thievery, of hand to hand combat, of being a Rogue. At first she did it to help her parents so the three of them would survive the war, but soon realised there was a need for that sort of thing for other goods to HELP the war too. She became more confident, emboldened.

Millicent survived the war, but it had changed her for both good and bad, and mostly she realised that life was too short for regrets and to waste time. Her family returned home, determined to pick up the pieces and have a good, if not better life than they’d had before the war broke out. She for one, needed to find Draco. He was one of the in line to the throne but no one had seen him since very early in the war. Using what she had learned and the contacts she had made, she traveled around the region, seeking all clues to find Draco. She refused to believe that he hadn’t survived, but she also knew he was better at most at keeping himself hidden as well.

Millie keeps busy though; she assists the Crowne, and other government officials, running errands and especially finding information. She is also tapped to use her skill at spells, wards, hexes, charms etc. as the needs arise to do so.
